Career & Technical Education

Career Technical Education (CTE) courses offer students exposure to a wide range of career fields. Students who take CTE courses typically have more experience and are more likely to be hired than students who don’t.

The following are career pathways and courses available to students at Buckingham Magnet Charter Highs School, Vacaville High School and Will C Wood High School.

Project Inspire is a partnership between VUSD, the Solano County Office of Education, the City of Vacaville and the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. Project Inspire gives students in 8th and 10th grade hands-on exposure to over 40 different career fields.
